HR Policy definition, Implementation and updating on a regular basis
- Develop and Implement Annual HR Plan and strategy in line with the business plan. Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organisation, as and when they occur
- Organization Manpower Planning, including Succession Planning, future requirements
- Partner with HR- operation team to devise strategy for Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Training & Development, employee engagement, Compliances etc
- Manage On-boarding, Employee Engagement, Induction
- Managing the Performance Management process
- Administration of Compensation & Benefits
- Overall HR operations
- Training requirements and administration
- Meeting all HR related statutory requirements
- HR Dashboard deck to CEO as per timelines
- Liaison with Group HR for central activities
