Job Description - Reporting to the VP and managing a team of 5 people your primary responsibilities will be:

- HR business partner support to one entire site which will include multiple businesses

- Business partnering to an employee strength of 1500+

- Key focus areas will be the entire employee life cycle post recruitment

- Strategic input to learning and development team based on business needs

- Employee engagement initiatives to address attrition

The Successful Candidate -

- You must have at least 10 years of work experience in the BFSI sector with having had a HR BP experience for at least 3 - 4 years.

- You must have excellent communication skills and also previously handled an employee strength of at least 1500+ .
