Key responsibilities :
The key responsibilities shall include, but is not restricted to :
- HR Business partnering with the business leader/s to understand the talent priorities and drive short term and long term plans to achieve them.
- Establish deep people connect and partner with business leaders to improve employee engagement and morale
- Employee relations : Handling critical incidents, managing 2nd level of escalations, if any
- Drive adherence to HR process, metrics and plan
- As needed, partner with different functions to Implement and drive HR programs and in some cases also act as a SPOC for certain critical HR processes/programs
- Drive timely reporting and review of key people matrices with different stakeholders.
Key Competencies and Qualification :
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability. Be ready to roll up your sleeves and dirty your hands!!
- Deep HR functional knowledge across employee life cycle.
- Strong understanding of industry best practices, yet demonstrated ability to think out of box.
- Strong communication skills, stakeholder management and ability to influence.
- Ability to collaborate and deal with conflict in a constructive manner
- Business Acumen and industry knowledge
- Ability to understand key drivers and drive right decisions and actions positively impacting org health and business results.
- Post-Graduation in HR will be added advantage.
