We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The HR Business Partner will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, supporting organizational growth, and fostering a positive work culture. This position will collaborate closely with business leaders and managers to provide strategic HR guidance and support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide strategic HR support and guidance.

- Develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and initiatives to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.

- Provide expertise and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

- Lead and support talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding.

- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.

- Conduct employee relations investigations and provide guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

- Collaborate with Learning and Development to identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Stay current on HR trends, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and inform best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on business partnering and strategic HR initiatives.

- Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and achieve business goals.

- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.

- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive HR matters.
