Roles & Responsibilities:
- HRBP Mortgage Business - Looking at end to end HR delivery for the respective business: successfully set up the Business & Emerging Business.
- Additionally managing Corporate Functions.
- Developing a strong talent pipeline of potential candidates through a structured recruitment process and clear communication channel.
- Managing hiring cost and timely closure of gaps.
- As a HR generalist supported in the employee life cycle process - Hiring, Onboarding, Orientation, Training, Grievance & Dispute resolution, and Exits.
- Communicating, Implementing and administering end to end Performance appraisal process. Resolving PMS issues: Ratings, Promotion, Performance Improvement (PIP) cases.
- Partnered and driven employee engagement activities to look at the wellbeing of employees.
- Partnered closely with the Talent team for career progression and developmental discussions - driven critical career movements in the zone.
