HR Business Partner - BFS

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into effective HR strategies.

- Drive and support initiatives across performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.

- Act as a coach and advisor to leaders and managers on people-related matters.

- Manage employee relations issues with a focus on resolution and compliance.

- Support organizational change efforts, including restructuring, culture transformation, and team effectiveness.

- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions.

- Partner with HR centers of excellence (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation, etc.) to deliver consistent and aligned HR services.

- Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal HR policies.
