- Experience in to translating business needs into actionable HR strategies, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall objectives.
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Work closely with senior management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide HR policy guidance.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
- Close collaboration with senior management.
- Suggest new HR strategies
- Hands on experience in risk & compliance. - Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
- Identification of cost-saving opportunities, streamlines processes, and implements cost-effective solutions.
- Experience in Manpower Budgeting & Planning is must.
- The Senior HR Business Partner has an analytical role, where he conducts research, and consistently develops and enforces HR procedures and policies.
