Responsibility:
- Bring greater rigor and improve HR service levels across all stages of the employee life cycle across their business unit - and be the SPOC for all its HR needs
- Create a structured plan for employee engagement and ensure regular skip levels, open houses, all hands, pulse checks, off-sites, recognition programs, action planning following the employee survey etc for the entire BU employee base.
- Work with people managers to guide them on important people decisions and improve managerial capability and communication. They will lead upward manager feedback and coach managers on areas they need to improve on.
- Work with leaders on all performance and reward processes - performance reviews, talent calibration, salary planning, career pathing, ring fencing for high potential employees, managing under performance effectively etc.
- Drive headcount planning and management
- This role will also play an important role in Performance Management and Learning & Development.
- Collaborate to enhancing employee experience - On-boarding, Engagement and L&D
- Documentation and drafting policies
- To be responsible for organization HR audits and compliance activity
