Job brief:-
- We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they- re aligned with our business goals.
- Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management. You will communicate with the board of directors and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and our company culture.
- Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes.
Responsibilities:-
- Understanding business strategies and promoting the effective implementation of HR strategies in business units
- Responsible for all HR Activities / managing the employee Life Cycle for the Business Unit HR, which includes and not limited to Employee Engagement, Performance Management, L&D, Employee Relations etc.
- Serve as a consultant to the Business Unit on human resource-related issues with good stakeholder management capabilities.
- Manages and resolves complex employee-relations issues.
- Through the interaction with business organizations, establish effective and diversified channels to ensure the smooth flow of information in the organization, promote the construction of corporate culture and the rapid development of business.
- Strong sense of responsibility and principle, good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, good logical thinking and learning ability.
Requirements :
- Proven work experience as an HR business partner in Banking / Retail/ Ecommerce/ FMCG. Strictly do not want from Insurance Industry / KPO/ Broking/ IT)
- Excellent people management skills
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
