Job Title: HR Business Partner - Banking Operations
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with the Banking Operations team to ensure HR strategies align seamlessly with the business objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with the Business to align HR and business strategies and address people-related challenges and opportunities.
- Working in tandem with the Business to enhance productivity and manage attrition effectively.
- Spearheading talent management plans tailored to the Business.
- Collaborating with Center of Excellence (COE) teams for Manpower Planning, Budgeting, Learning and Development, and Employee Engagement initiatives from conceptualization to execution.
- Analyzing and implementing productivity-driven initiatives.
- Leveraging HR analytics to derive insights and formulate data-driven people strategies within the unit.
- Initiating and overseeing engagement programs and Reward & Recognition initiatives for the Business.
- Taking charge of performance management, handling disciplinary issues, and addressing daily human capital matters in the unit.
Job Requirements:-
- Preferred: MBA from a premium institute.
- 10 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities with the power to influence and drive people plans for the unit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
