- Managing Business HR
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.
- Handle lateral and leadership hiring for Business units
- Optimizing the cost of recruitment's with effective use of social media platforms and job boards.
- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Work with Leadership to build a strong Employer Value Proposition to attract quality talent, improve quality of hire & enhance candidate engagement experience.
