Required for a Large Private Bank in Mumbai a HR Business Partner (Full Time MBA, 2009-12 only) from reputed Institute only. BFSI experience would be an advantage.  He would be responsible for:  Talent Acquisition:  - End to End recruitment   - Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain a good candidate pipeline  - Handle salary negotiations, finalize salary break-ups and ensure timely and precise joining.  - Ensure an ideal sourcing mix & quality of hires.   - Handle the campus placements during the campus season.  Employee Engagement:  - Conduct employee engagement activities   - Implement Reward & Recognition programs.  - Organize agenda based Open Forums.  Performance Management:  - Execution of Performance Appraisal for all staff.  - Conduct workshops for Performance Appraisal.   - Validation of performance ratings received from Business managers.  - Facilitate promotions based on employee performance.  Career Discussions:  - Conduct Career Discussion with top performing employees to identify their career aspirations and developmental gaps thereby chalk out individual growth plan.  - Plan upward movements for staff basis the career discussions conducted.  Learning & Development:  - Identify learning needs of the employees by working closely with theirs supervisors, through Performance Management System and continuous dialogue with functional heads.  - Facilitate workshops like PMS, Mentor Training, Talent Review Process etc.   Grievance Handling:  - Handle day to day employee grievances.  - Resolve any disciplinary issues as per the policy of the company  Separation  - Ensure smooth exit of employees and conducting exit interviews.  - Exit Analysis of the employees lost and preparing action plan for retention.
