Role: HR Business Partner (Mumbai)
Our client is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead human capital efforts for their India operations, reporting directly to the Regional Head of HR. This role will be pivotal in driving HR strategies in India that align with business goals across various operational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency in India
- Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, and talent development to meet business needs
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize organizational structure and employee performance management
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and cultural alignment across diverse teams
Ideal Candidate:
- MBA from a Tier 1 college with atleast 5 years of experience in HR
- Proven experience in an MNC setup managing HR functions across sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and operations to drive business objectives
- Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing business is preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership skills and communication abilities
