Job description - HR Business Partner
Purpose of the Job :
The job would provide support to commercial business in India. Business functions comprises of Sales, Marketing, Services, Commercial Excellence, Logistics & Deliveries, Quality & Regulatory Affairs, Legal and Finance. Majority of HR Practices are global practices for India and customisations are done at local level to fit-in Indian context.
Job Summary :
HR BP is a lean HR Team. 2-3 Associates manage the entire gamut of end-to-end HR and HR Philosophies which are highly evolved and contemporary. Any associate working in the HR Team would get exposure to end-to-end HR. From Compensation Planning to Workday Transactions. Employee Engagement Activities to Talent Development practices.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities :
- Supporting business functions in Head Count Planning and Productivity Discussions
- Supporting Business in acquiring right talent with focus on diverse hires
- Managing Workday Transactions and ensuring accuracy of Organization data all the time
- Leading Employee Engagement Activities for the business
- Supporting in planning and organizing required trainings for the business
- On-Boarding and Immersion Sessions Management
- Support in HR Policies socialisation & point of contact for policy related queries
- Building employee connect and providing support in creating standard work documents around many HR Processes
Requirements :
- MBA in HR from a reputed business school
- Prior work experience in HR Business Partnering domain
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
- Analytical bent of bind
- Understanding of Shops & Establishment Act requirements
- High on Compliance and ability to point out possible compliance failure points
- Ability to develop good understanding around HR Policies
