Roles & Responsibilties -
- Must have 2-4 years of experience preferabley as an HRBP. Someone who must have worked in a matrix / unstructured environment to scale things from ground up
- MBA - Tier 1/2
- Review and analyze HR metrics (Diversity, Attrition, Engagement)
- Responsible to design and leverage integrated people strategies, enabling attraction, development, retention of top talent
- Performance Reviews training program.
