HR Business Partner - Analytics - IIM/XIMB/XLR/TISS

This role is with one of the global leading consulting firm.

- Act as a thought partner, generating market insights, supporting HR projects and hands-on in generating market intel and devising talent strategies

- Manage new initiatives rolled out by Management, develop & design charters for communication

- Create communication teasers, presentations, market research insights to support HR Projects

- Good communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills

- Strong project management skills

- Strong MS power point skills; MS excel expert

Requirements :

- Academic Pedigree - MBA from any premium institute

- Work experience 4-5 years- in managing HR projects and research work

- Good analytical and research skills sets

- Should be flexible with work timings - 1pm to 10pm (may stretch depending on project requirements)
