Role Brief:
- Align and manage Human Resource systems and processes to the Business objectives to ensure attraction, utilization, development, and retention of talent across Business
- Act as a thought partner, generating market insights, supporting HR projects and hands-on in generating market intel and devising talent strategies
- Manage new initiatives rolled out by Management, develop & design charters for communication
- Create communication teasers, presentations, market research insights to support HR Projects
- Strong project management skills
- Strong MS powerpoint skills; MS excel expert
- Academic Pedigree - MBA from any premium institute
- Work experience 4-5 years- in managing HR projects and research work
- Good analytical and research skills sets
