HR Business Partner-Analytics


Key Accountabilities :


- Dive deep into a variety of adhoc human capital analyses to develop informed, meaningful insights that lead to data driven decision making

- Successfully monitor the existing and the new HR Analytical tools to enhance the usage and enable teams to maximize the outcomes

- Own HR dashboard, ensure the maximum usage of the HR tool across Bank and DAH 2, to reduce manual intervention

- Support the HR COO in driving the Future of work project

- Drive centralized HR reporting to Senior Management team that provides them a steer around key HR metrics

- Provide support to HR COO in managing the HR scorecard and functional reviews

- Engage with the stakeholders in the team to understand the automation requirements to reduce the manual intervention

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

- Regular cadence around HR dashboard to gain insights around various HR matrix, highlight specific trends, high-risk aspect

- Support HR COEs in their functional analytics as per the need

- Be the SPOC for all analytical tools - retention, role adjacency for the HR team, share regular updates around the usage, engage with stakeholders to address challenges if any

- Be the SPOC for external vendor managing exit interview, regularly engage on the insights gathered, share with the team and ensure required action is taken

- Design and put in place tracking and feedback mechanisms to allow for capturing of actions and impact on business outcomes due to the implementation of analytics solutions

- Work closely with other verticals in defining country parameters for new analytical tools

Personal Attributes :

- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

- Analytical/problem solving ability

- Team building skills Technical/professional Knowledge and Experience

- 6-10 years of working experience, and of which, at least 3 years in conducting HR analytics and/or building and implementing various statistical models, and working with large amounts of data .

- Mathematical problem formulation skills

- Deep understanding of advanced analytics, mathematical and/or modeling techniques. An ability to translate business problems into mathematical formulations..

- Ability to approach data in creative ways and from different angles for use in predictive and prescriptive modeling

- Experience in building and operationalizing the analytical capability

- Experience working with unstructured datasets with knowledge in text mining and text analysis is preferred

- Able to present analysis in a manner accessible by non-statisticians through data visualization techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Primary Location India-Maharashtra-Mumbai
