HR Business Partner
Key responsibilities:
Some of the key responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:
- Working closely with business/people leaders and partnering with them to build and maintain a high performing team and culture and creating a highly engaging environment. For example, working with the people leaders on goal setting, evaluation, understanding learning & development requirements and acting on the same
- Creating delightful employee experience through every HR initiative and intervention including employee induction, training & skill/competence development, rewards and recognition, performance management to name a few
- Work with the talent acquisition team for talent acquisition needs and create an effective talent acquisition strategy
- HR policy development and implementation
- Managing compensation and benefits. This would include conducting comp surveys, comp planning and administration
- Drive employee and internal communication
- Work on various HR reports and analytics
- Managing day-to-day HR operations
Skills, Experience and who you are:
- You have 8-10 years of experience in HR in leading a 150+ employee workforce across different locations. International exposure will be an added advantage. You are expected to have hands-on experience and knowledge of:
- Implementing various HR policies and practices
- Talent Management
- Compensation & Benefits
- Leadership Development, coaching, and learning and development
- Hands on experience in HR Operations

Educational Qualification/other qualification:
- Degree/Diploma in MBA/PGDM (Full time)
- 8-10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner/HR Generalist supporting 150+ employees organization
