1. Developing the HR agenda.

2. Succession Planning

3. Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.

4. Improving and monitoring employee productivity.

5. Structuring compensation and benefit packages.

6. Managing staff wellness initiatives.

7. Improving relations between staff and employers.

8. Evaluating staffing needs.

9. Overseeing recruitment efforts.

10. Managing and allocating HR funds.

11. Engaging with heads of department.

Desired Skills :

- Should have experience of HR Business Partner role of at 6 years

- High proficiency in stakeholder Management

- Should possess experience mix of multiple Centre of Excellences and Generalist HR role

- Should have exposure on multiple entity management.

- Should possess strong MS Office skills

- Strong People Management Skills
