Position: HR Business Partner

CTC : 30-40 L
Client : An MNC Adtech company (with Offices in: New York ,Los Angeles ,Dubai , Zurich ,Mumbai ,Pune , Bangalore)
Responsibilities:
- Conducts HRBP 1:1's with supervisors and managers, acting as trusted partner, confidant, and coach
- Responds to employee relations issues for supervisor and managers
- Collaborates with managers to understand skills and competencies required for existing and open positions, aligning job descriptions
- Strengthen awareness of policies, practices, Companies Values and Ways of Working
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development
- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
- Lead core HR processes across products (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions)
- Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to management
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience working as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced and dynamic setup with an MBA degree.
- Possess an in-depth comprehension of business requirements and successfully implement solutions
- Strong problem-solving as well as analytical thinking abilities
- High level of detail orientation, interpersonal skills, integrity and strong customer focus
- Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint with ability to manage data and derive insights from the same which will enable informed decision making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly adaptable
