Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Coordinate with recruitment agencies and manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
- Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and a positive employee experience.
- Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with all regulations.
- Employee Relations (IR): Address employee grievances, resolve IR issues, and maintain a positive work environment.
- HR Administration: Manage HR policies, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
- HR Analytics: Monitor HR metrics to provide insights and enhance HR processes.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HRBP, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment agencies and external vendors.
