We are currently working on an urgent mandate for a senior HR position with one of our premium clients and are urgently seeking candidates who may meet the following qualifying criteria:
- Candidate must be an out-of-box thinker with proven leadership skills.
- Should have past experience as business partner and people management in a premium organization.
- Experience with organizations having multi-location operations and large teams, in a rapidly growing & changing environment.
- Understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to think strategically as a business partner.
- Strong knowledge of HR functional aspects specially in a Sales focused organization.
- Understanding of Change management process and prior experience of driving large scale change agenda in a dynamic organization.
- Ability to work with senior management team on complex business and organizational issues and design and provide suitable solutions.
- Ability to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, constantly adapt to a high pressure environment, and thrive in chaos, in a highly dynamic environment.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a positive attitude.
- Candidates must be from premium B-Schools with past experience in organizations reputed for their organizational culture, value systems and ability to attract, retain and groom top talent.
