Business HR Partner (Manager/ Associate Senior Manager)
Job Specifications:
- 8 – 12 years of generalist HR experience with at least 3 – 5 years in as HR BP
- B. Tech and MBA (HR) from a leading institute would be prefferd
- Experience as a HR practitioner in an international HR environment, with either broad knowledge across a wide range of HR disciplines or expertise in one or more disciplines (Recruitment background is a must).
Job Description:
- Culture, Change & Coaching: Initiating and driving HR programs/initiatives placing considerable focus on retention, scaling and culture issues. Develops implementation plans to support change management initiatives. Coach managers on managerial effectiveness, specially those identified basis ESAT/feedback.
- Employee engagement: Skip levels and one-on-one meetings with employees. Work with India HR Operation manager, to ensure that Operations & benefits administration related activities at are delivered seamlessly, so as to ensure employee satisfaction. Improvement of ESAT scores through sustained HR interventions. Support and mentor the ***** Funchayat Team to deliver initiatives that contribute to the spirit of ‘fun@work’
- Talent Mgmt. & development: Engage with business to track and develop top quartile talent. Work closely with business leaders & HR BPs to develop talent, succession planning, capability building & enhancement of existing talent. Ensure / Facilitate Internal Job movements and job rotations are being carried out as per the HR scorecard. Ensure the development and implementation of an approporiate L&D strategy / plan for BLR based businesses in conjunction with India L&D head.
- Performance & rewards: Ensure adherence of processes related to Performance Management, Personal development & Performance improvement planning (manage low performance). Work with local business leaders / Managers towards achievement of performance differentiation for the business as part of the year end processes. Encourage rewards & recognition initiatives at the site, besides driving timely submission of quality nominations.
- Single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the respective business unit
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes to the internal customer
- Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement necessary changes
- Proactively creates pipeline for manpower needs for the business unit
- Closure of performance management cycle within time frame
- Helping head of business unit to reach a consensus on appraisals for respective business unit
- Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
- Acts as the performance improvement driver and encourage positive changes in the people management
- Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions
