Role Summary:
- Support managers in managing employee relations issues, including grievances, and conflict resolution.
- As the HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will work closely with the VP-HCM for aligning the human resources function with the business strategy and objectives of the organisation.
- You will work closely with the leadership team and functional heads to provide HR guidance, support, and solutions that drive employee engagement, operational excellence and performance.
- Your role will involve strategic HR planning, talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, learning & development, and HR policy implementation.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's business objectives.
- Partner with leaders to understand their talent needs and develop effective workforce plans to attract, develop, and retain high-performing professionals.
- Drive the recruitment and selection process for various roles, ensuring the right talent is hired within agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with external learning and development partners to design and deliver training programs to enhance technical skills, knowledge, and capabilities.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people management, performance improvement, and talent development initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and work with managers to implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing their HR-related concerns, and ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics related to employee turnover, diversity, employee engagement, employee promoter score and propose data-driven solutions to enhance HR effectiveness.
- Work closely with the VP-HCM on Compensation and Benefits benchmarking.
Desired Skill and Experience:
- MBA HR candidates with 8-12 years of experience in the HRBP function would be preferred (Female candidates with Maximum 12 years exp would be preferred for this position)
- Preference would be given to the candidates from Manufacturing, Pharma, Engineering , Power /Solar sector.
