HR Business Partner- Gurgaon for a large and renowned organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conceptualize, design and execute annual HR plan for the business units in line with the business goals and overall HR strategy of the organization.
- Top quality talent acquisition as per the business plan of the SBU
- Support in driving business aligned programs and change management. Work closely with the CHRO to to execute organizational re-design and implementation of revised frameworks
- Manage organizational awareness campaigns to promote and reinforce any new policy decision
- Partner with line managers to proactively address business issues related to workforce planning, employee engagement, development and productivity
- Manage manpower planning, budget and talent acquisition for the business unit
- Manage complete employee life cycle from Induction to exit interview of the business unit
- Drive key employee processes like performance management, employee feedbacks, reward & recognition programs, employee engagement etc for the business unit
- Gather employee feedback at various levels and identify gaps through One on One connects, open houses and feedback programs. Conduct town hall meetings for the business units to understand the organization pulse
- Manage internal employee communication
- Initiate and drive closures of performance improvement plans for bottom performers
- Attrition analysis and management - identify Talent at Risk & evaluate retention options
- Create positive brand image for the organization amongst internal customers
- Drive Diversity & inclusion initiatives, communication and special connects
- Ensure preparation and presentation of monthly/quarterly reports
- Enhance employee capability through sessions on competency assessments and career frameworks as well as relevant trainings
- Build manager capability through training and coaching on topics like performance discussions, giving feedback and handling first level grievances
- Ensure 100% compliance to key policies like workplace harassment, code of business conduct and ethics and data security.
- Conduct HR interviews for lateral hiring as well as campus recruitment drives.
Qualification and competencies :
- MBA with HR specialization from a reputed business school with minimum 6 years of experience
- Thorough knowledge and experience of HR planning and strategy of the organization.
- Leadership, a natural ability to lead people and lead by example, the manager will be required to quickly command respect and loyalty even when making difficult decisions.
- Strong analytical mind set with problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive innovation and creativity.
