Business Partner – Human Resources
- Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan. Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur
- Human Resource process improvements and initiatives - Employee / Compensation data analysis, Payroll Interface, Human Resource process / Compliance related documentation, Exit Process & Attrition Analysis and Change Management
- Manage Compensation and Benefits for the India Operation; would include compensation planning, participating in compensation surveys, benchmarking organizational compensation band with industry levels, propose desired positioning, calculate payroll impact, roll out recommendations
- Work on HR Reporting dashboards - Analyze the efficacy of current dashboards, conceptualize new dashboards, generate monthly dashboard reports
- The candidate should be exceptionally strong on communication and should have handled difficult stakeholders. Should be good with presentations, MIS and data etc. The person will manage a mix of strategic and transactional level work.
- Identifying the main reasons of attrition, through analyzing exit interviews and implementing measures along with senior management to increase employee engagement and retention
Skill sets:
- Looking for HR managers from other Tier II/ Tier III institutes with at least 6-10 yrs of exp in HR.
- Excellent communication

- High degree of customer centricity and situational fluency
