HR Business Partner

We are looking for HR Business Partners for multiple clients, to be based at Kolkata

- He/she will be responsible for end to end employee life cycle management with an objective to retain talent and drive high-performance culture.

- Driving Employee Engagement, Employee involvement and Employee wellness initiatives, MIS & Analytics .

- Design and deliver creative HR solutions that assist in sustaining a positive working environment to foster employee engagement.

- Ensuring entire HR operations in collaboration with HO team

- Experience in stakeholder Management,

- Grievance Management

- Manage complete employee life cycle

- Work closely with other HRBP in other regions.

- Excellent relationship building skills with employees, line managers and essential stakeholders.

- Candidates must be from good institute with experience in HRBP role in non IT industries.
