HR Business Partner - Non-Tech
Key Responsibilities:
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Understand the business's goals and challenges, aligning HR practices accordingly.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e. , coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
- Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Manage the annual compensation / performance management (PMS) planning process, including salary reviews, incentive programs, and bonus structures.
- Analyze compensation data and market trends to make data-driven recommendations for salary adjustments and rewards.
- Provide insights to HR leadership and business stakeholders on compensation-related matters.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their talent needs and growth plans.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 -8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and state respective employment laws.
- Bachelor's degree/master's degree preferred
