HR Business Partner

We have an opening in a leading MNC in Mumbai and Delhi for HR Business partner role. I am looking candidates who have around 4 to 7 years of experience in HR Business Partner role in MNCs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce.

- Implement new policies, procedures and programs in support of Business.

- Employee engagement.

- Performance Management.

- Driving and conducting training needs analysis, creating training plans/roadmaps, execution, reporting and audit of existing programs.

- Recognize and adapt best practices in the area of L&D etc.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM in HR from Premier B School is must.

- Good experience in HR Business Partner role with some experience in Industrial Relation will be a plus.
