Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Manage labor and industrial relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures related to labor relations.
- Handle employee grievances and disputes effectively and in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Implement and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) for HR data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for employee engagement and retention.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members and line managers on labor and employee relations matters.
- Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in HR Labor and Industrial Relations management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in HR budgeting and managing MIS systems.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong working experience in Labor and IR management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Grievance Handling, HR Budgeting, MIS, Recruitment, Welfare activities, and Employee Engagement.
- Ability to work as an individual contributor.

General Remarks:
The expected CTC should not exceed 20-25% of the current CTC and must be within the budget.
A psychometric test will be conducted if the candidate moves to the HR stage.
