Designation: HRBP
Experience: 3 to 9 years
- We are searching for an experienced and results-driven HRBP to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing the HR agenda
- Consult regularly with management and provide guidance when appropriate.
- Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices
- Improving and monitoring employee productivity
- Structuring compensation and benefit packages
- Managing staff wellness initiatives
- Analyzing trends and metrics to inform business decisions.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the business units under the HR purview
- Conduct weekly meetings to check in with each business unit. Generate a variety of reports as requested by HR, Finance, and other business leaders.
- Participate on other special projects where needed.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's/PG degree
- Proven work experience as an HRBP
- Excellent people management skills
- Analytical and goal-oriented
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Thorough knowledge of all HR functions and best practices
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter, problem-solver, proactive
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Engaging and proactive team player.
- Demonstrates high degree of integrity and maintains confidentiality.
