HR Business Partner

We have a mandated to hire an experienced HRBP Person to join a large Indian business house at Mumbai.

Expereince-3 to 5 Years

Education Qualification- MBA from XIMB college, NMIMS,IIM Ranchi,JBMIS

HRBP in the Corporate HR team to drive HR strategy which would involve.

- Collaboration with functional head and editors - focusing on attracting right talent, fostering a performance driven culture, engaging and developing talent and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

- Key responsibilities include managing headcount and people cost, driving PMS, executing engagement interventions, identifying high potentials and implementing productivity matrix.

- Influencing functional leaders, navigating high work pressures and maintaining strategic HR decisions.
