- Drive Talent Management process: Participate in TMB discussions, facilitate IDPs preparation, monitor and execute IDPs
- Identify critical positions in Operations function and build the talent pipeline for those positions
- Drive New Horizon Management Program
- Career management and Succession Planning
- Review the existing systems for career progression & potential development and identify areas of improvement
- Design career path for Operations function
- Plan and identify successors for critical roles in Operations function
- Initiate and facilitate coaching & mentoring sessions for enhanced workplace performance
- Operating networks: Coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders such as Plant Head, Plant Quality Head, Operations Head, TAT, Cross BU HR teams, statutory bodies and educational institutes as & when required.
- Involvement in analytical activities from time to time
- Responsible to support/accommodate for internal and external inspections, to make compliance for the observations and adequate CAPA
