Job Summary:


- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our night shift operations.


- The HRBP will work closely with leadership and employees to drive HR initiatives, foster a positive work environment, and align HR strategies with business goals.


- The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, employee relations expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.


Key Responsibilities:


- Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.


- Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and provide conflict resolution strategies.


- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.


- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale and productivity.


- Support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.


- Monitor workforce trends and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.


- Assist with onboarding, and retention strategies for night shift employees.


- Conduct HR audits and maintain accurate employee records.


- Implement and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and development.


- Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure seamless HR operations.


Key Requirements:


- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


- 410 years of experience in HR, preferably in a night shift role.


- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.


- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.


- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.


- Experience in handling large teams and working in a fast-paced environment.


- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.


- Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to a dynamic work culture.
