Human Resources Business Partner
Due to an increase in business and a continued plan for growth, we are seeking an experienced Human Resource specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable recruiting and onboarding new candidates as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management and establish ways to increase employee engagement.
The duties will include -
- Facilitate effective collaboration and communication with and between client stakeholders and employees.
- Provide consulting, advisory support, and team leadership on Human Resources programs, procedures, and services to drive business requirements and promote employee engagement.
- Assist and lead implementation of programs and processes in collaboration with Center of Expertise (COE).
- Plan and implement Global Talent Management (GTM) initiatives to support the business goals.
- Promote the consistent application of workforce programs and policies. Provide consulting and advisory support on performance management, organizational structure and effectiveness.
- Responsible for executing tasks based on established processes and procedures relating to all aspects of the employee life cycle including: benefits, compensation, exit management, health & safety, learning & development, rewards & recognition, staffing & recruitment, and talent management.
