- Lead India HR Ops

- Work closely with Global HR Leadership in scaling up India Ops

- Ensuring our resourcing plan is robust and being involved in all selection processes for India-based hires to ensure a great cultural fit

- Building people management capability

- Creating and executing an L&D plan

- Subject matter expert on all Indian employment practices

- Handle Employee Engagement, Reward, and Performance Management
