Job responsibilities :
- Partner with business and functional leaders to develop and lead an effective People strategy; Employment Law Compliance, Employee Lifecycle Management, Employee Relations,Investigations, Performance Management, Employee Leave Management, Employee Engagement, HRIS Data and other HR Practices.
- Develop or implement HR strategies,Administer compensation program;monitor performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.Lead the annual HR Strategy planning process with the management team.
- Provide high level of support to both management and employees on the full array of HR practices;Provide a high level of service to employees as it relates to on-boarding, professional development, benefits and other employee-related issues.
- Implement a process of organizational planning that evaluates organization structure, job design, roles and responsibilities clarification and accurately forecasting future talent needs.
- Induction and orientation of newly joined employees. Identification of training needs;Training of staff/workers to create a sense of responsibility,work culture and ethics.
- Daily interaction with employees at all levels of the organization guiding them in the appropriate application of HR policies and procedures, facilitating positive employee relations.
- Review employee's performance & decide on probation & confirmation status in consultation with respective HOD's.To coordinate for Competency Mapping and KRA analysis.
- Implementation and support of HR Policies, Grievances handling, termination, warning letters, disciplinary actions,employee welfare support activities and site manpower management
- Administration of HR activities like, MIS reports, Organizational charts, Performance Appraisal System, Monthly presentation etc.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- The Candidate must be an MBA- HR from premier management institutes with minimum 10 years HR-Generalist/Business Partner experiences in CMMI Level Software Products Development Companies / Global Digital Media Technology Services Provider.
- Superior communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities.
- Highly creative, with a track record of demonstrated change to a company's HR practices.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work very senior levels of management as well as front-line management and employees.
- Take initiative to identify and anticipate business needs and make recommendations for implementation
- Solid analytical skills and demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and creatively.
- Expected to have a high level of independence and maturity to manage multiple ongoing issues.
- Have a strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management process.
