Detailed job description:
- Provide consultation and support on HR aspects, including core HR business partnership, learning and development, organizational design and effectiveness, talent lifecycle, employee relations
- Implement policies and workflows, and ensure compliance and employee utilization through awareness drives and usage analytics
- Liaise with key stakeholders and drive HR initiatives across the Company Expected skill sets:
- Experience as HR generalist, or in one or more specialist areas (compensation, benefits, learning and development)
- Ability to develop relationships, and collaborate across levels
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Demonstrated problem-solving and solution-orientation with limited directions
- Articulate, and able to express thoughts clearly - in oral as well as written communication
- Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
