MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management
Experience:
Total of 1 - 3 yrs experience in multinational company
Experience in leading projects and undertaking program design work is a key requirement
Specialization in benefits and / sales incentive design would be a distinct advantage
Experience of working in multiple countries and dealing in a diversified cultural milieu would be a distinct advantage
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Total Compensation:
To partner with the country Field HR managements in developing C&B solutions to support the people strategies of the Company
To demonstrate the efficacy of the COE structure to the country management by positioning it as an in-house C&B design and strategy consultant and Subject Matter Expert group capable of offering best in class customized solutions
To provide analyses to the management team regarding people productivity and return on people investments; to offer potential C&B design solutions for optimizing investments in salaries and benefits
