CTC: 1000000 p.a - 2200000 p.a

Hiring for Leading Banking Captive based out at Mumbai.

Roles & Responsibility:

The candidate should have a proven track record in delivering advanced analytics solutions in a timely fashion which can allow Business Managers to assess talent risks and opportunities in a quantifiable fashion and overlay the same with management judgment to take appropriate actions.

- Strong foundation in statistical techniques and decision sciences.

- Candidate going to be the part of Advance HR Analytics COE

- Strong exposure in Decision modeling

- Responsible to identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics techniques in real-world business problems and to deliver succinct, user-friendly analytics to help solve the same

- Responsible for developing hypothesis around complex human capital issues and offer analytics-based solutions that are practical and actionable

- Interfaces with Business, key stakeholders, champions & re-engineering leadership to drive reengineering activities.
