Business MIS, Analytics and Data Reporting :

- Manage all people data for EM Countries with accuracy

- Analyse the data, prepare and report data to enable Business and HR Leaders make the right decision in proactive manner and also drive data driven accountability and ownership for competitive advantage.

- Maintain oversight on HR Metrics as well as trends to ensure scorecard deliverables related to people data.

Performance, Rewards and Benefits Management- :

- Drive Performance Management process for EM, ensure 100% adherence to the process in terms of Goal Setting, Check-ins and Year end process.

- Collaborate with CoE Teams and Country HRs to provide end to end support right from launch to closure of the process. Ensure effective and timely communication to meet all deadlines.

- Drive adoption and maintenance of reward programmes for EM countries by understanding current practices, country laws, country / regions specific reward parity and tax implications.

- Providing analysis and insights from reward data to support development of reward plans and strategy

- Benchmark various benefits across EM, partner with respective CoE teams to enhance / streamline our policies and processes around benefits, in line with practice in India market.

- Responsible for Expat Management in terms of compensation and Benefits administration.

Staff Cost Budgeting and Business Insights :

- Participate in workforce planning & annual staff budgeting exercise for EM with focus on productivity and efficiencies and prepares the annual staff budget in line with corporate C&B guidelines.

- Analyses staff requirements received from countries and functions and work towards finalising the staff budget in consultation with various stakeholders.

- Monitors monthly Latest estimates and suggests measures to control cost.

- Reviews latest estimates on monthly basis based on inputs received from BU finance and partners with relevant teams to mitigate any budget shortfalls/unforeseen staff expenses.

Continuous Improvement & Digitization :

- Drive Digitization agenda for EM countries in collaboration with EM IT, SAP Team and External Consultants.

- Able to Integrate and align technology for smoother execution of the processes; with no/less human intervention & in an error free manner.

- Continuously connect with internal & external stakeholders, seek feedback and act on it to ensure continuous improvement

- Partner with HR internal teams, able to identify new areas which can eliminate duplication.
