Looking for HR Professionals with 4 to 8 yrs of relevant experience of HR analytical role.
- Someone with good exposure in HRMS, HR MIS, Dashboard Management, HR Audit, HR Strategy.
- Set up and leading the HR Analytics and reporting function.
- Created tool in MS Excel to predict Manpower requirement.
- Developed SOP's for Data Discipline, System Integration and Data Visualization.
- Analyzing performance rating wise and grade wise, attrition data to reduce attrition.
- Ideation and implementation of online exit interview portal to aid in attrition analysis.
- Workforce and Skill Availability, Demographic Profile Metrics.
- Compensation and Benefits and Workforce Productivity Metrics.
- Internal consultant for L&D Team, Recruitment Team and C&B Team for all analysis, Reports and new initiatives.
