HR Analytics Role - Banking & Finance Vertical

Hiring for a HR Analytics position for one of our clients who are into the banking and finance vertical. Following are the requirements for this position:

Location : HO, Kolkata

Experience: 6 + years

Exposure to SAP is preferred

CTC: upto 10 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide data on employee development best practices

2. Administer all sorts of assessments

3. Provide analysis of personality test results

4. Analyze data relative to performance management program

5. Review job description and revise as necessary to ensure appropriate hires

6. Analyze pay scale to ensure compliance with wage and labor laws

7. Make recommendations to leadership on improvements in benefits to attract and retain a quality workforce

8. Establish training and development opportunities
