- Collecting and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources and payroll outputs, management, employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, and other sources.
- Preparing the reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings.
- Simple data manipulation and data Visualization with Excel Functions
- Implementing analytics and calculating the business value of retention effectively.
- To build a cube, 3D graphs to solve problems about attrition, retention plan, and workforce planning effectiveness.
- Measuring numbers, efficiency, effectiveness, and impact to assess any HR activity done.
- Identifying measurement maturity and lead & lag indicators to prepare Dashboard and Scorecard.
- Using statistical techniques in measuring HR outcomes like attrition, recruitment conversions, and compensation.
- Usage of the Pivot table to understand the measures of workforce efficiency i.e, workforce utilization, Span of control, and headcount of people.
- Preparing HR monthly/weekly report, HR report monthly/weekly in a spreadsheet, and presenting in PPT.
- Optimizing the hiring channel strategy based on cost and quality of hire.
- Talent engagement and its importance and ways to measure it.
- Assisting in root cause analysis, investigating any data errors or anomalies.
- Using advance statistical and analysis techniques like correlation, regression, and t-test in different reports in terms of prediction and relations among different factors.
- Using logistic regression exercise to build a model that helps in the predictive accuracy of the regression.
- Doing reports of Absenteeism, Overtime reports, Hours reports, Workforce Analysis reports, Safety Metrics Reports, Recruitment Analysis reports, Point reports.
