HR Analytics - ITES

HR - Analytics ( 8-10 yrs)

We have an immediate requirement for the positions in HR Analytics – at Sr. Level for a leading ITES organization services at Mumbai.

Experience:

- Experience 8-10 yrs with MBA / Post Graduate having good exposure in HR analytics with exposure to predictive modeling.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Predictive models are developed to classify customers, accounts or prospects or predict their behaviour

- Create a global delivery strategy for each of the HR analytics tools in areas such as Talent Analytics, Change Analytics, Organization and HR Organization Analytics.

- Driving global HR analytics process design and implementation

- Focus on driving analytics, client business value, process benchmarking and productivity improvements across global portfolio
