Reporting- Chief Human Resource Officer

Job Purpose :

The role is primarily responsible to provide support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics and support the Human Resource leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Dive deep into a variety of adhoc human capital analyses to develop informed, meaningful insights that lead to data driven decision making

- Create relevant dashboard for various functions such as recruitment, L&D etc.

- Drive centralized HR reporting to Senior Management team that provides them a steer around key HR metrics

- Support HR COEs in their functional analytics as per the need

- Engage with the stakeholders in the team to understand the automation requirements to reduce the manual intervention

Previous Experience & Knowledge required :

- 3-5 years of experience in building and operationalizing the analytical capability

- Independent self-starter with ability to multi-task and has a 'can-do' attitude

- Analytical/problem solving ability

- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

- The ability to work successfully in a very fast paced environment with the need to manage constant change

- The ability to deal with ambiguity - ready to change gears and plans quickly.
