Responsibilities:

- Formulate and implement Recruitment Strategies in line with overall Retail Banking Business Goals.

- Articulate manpower plan and strategy to recruit, resource, Plan and review staffing requirements to match workflows.

- Designs and executes processes and practices for the recruitment team and works towards continuously improving the same

- Prepares necessary reports on manpower planning and maintains database (Daily, weekly, monthly reports |Key metrics Report |Yeild report | Attrition report etc)

- Conduct competitor analysis in terms of gathering hiring trends

- Act as a HR Advisory to Management team and responsible for channelizing the objective of the organization through process and policy re engineering.

- Liaise with Function heads/subject matter experts and take buy-in on changes recommended

- Launch processes and policies across the organization through HR Business Partners. Train Field HR Managers and vendors by conducting workshops, educational calls, developing e-learning modules and designing communication mailers, user manuals and conduct knowledge tests to ensure continuous learning

- Streamline, standardize and document processes to improve hand offs, minimize waste and improve results in the overall employee life cycle from recruitment to exit

- Ensure integrity of systems data related to the programs being administered

- Act as the primary point of contact for Business Unit HR teams on key Recruitment processes and policies for problem resolution on a range of complex issues in the day to day governance and administration of HR programs

- Automated HR systems for process improvement, better efficiency, reduced manual intervention, reduced costs, maintain HR online database for all HR related transactions

- Processes Re engineered and Currently Governing: Recruitment; Vendor Emplacement for Recruitment, New Employee On-boarding & Induction; Employee Background verification; Confirmation.
