HR Analytics
We have an immediate requirement for the positions in HR Analytics for a leading financial shared services at Delhi/NCR.
Experience:
- Experience2-4 yrs with MBA /PG having good exposure analytics for HR domain and aptitude for numbers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical support within the Reward team, and/or specific Functional Business Units on various reward elements, metrics and targets.
- Management of data and reports obtained through various applications, functions, and sources
- Conduct analyses of varying complexities pertaining to employee data , demographics, compensation et al, with emphasis on identifying trends, dependencies, variables that influence overall reward elements
- Spot and maximize value added reporting metrics, through proactive research into any variances in operational performance and identify underlying causes
- To act as an interface between the Corporate HR teams, Top Management & Operations Teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of processes, policies and initiatives.
- Handle all queries, grievances and escalations from employees on the floor and ensure the same are resolved within committed timelines.
