Job Profile:

- Build Models , statistical analytics, model develpments

- Established Recruitment Analytics

- Proactively took up the responsibility for the Vertical Dash Boards for 3 verticals prepared month on month including the Headcount, Attrition and Hiring reports

- Worked in data analytics in Attrition analysis , performance management analytics

- Conducts data analysis on HR data such as compensation, classification, employment, employee relations, and/or benefits data as directed
